Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Notary, Notary Public, Notary Service, Loan Document Signing, Traveling Notary, General Notary, Notary Signing Agent, Hospital Notary provided by Signature Concierge Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Signature Concierge Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Signature Concierge Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Signature Concierge Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Signature Concierge Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Signature Concierge Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
